What is the politaly correct way to ask for a "gay" hair stylist in an add?
I am a DaySpa Coordinator in South Indianapolis and I need to hire a male Stylist, so I don’t know the best way specify what we want…
Any intelligent ideas out there?
since you can’t really say that you want a gay stylist as it would come across as discriminating against straight people why dont you say in the ad you want a male hairdresser who’s qualified has great client skills, has great style not afraid tobe different
then when men apply for position do interviews and decide from there
its a tricky one alright but thats the only option
