Does this have to be used on a chair, or can it be used on a couch (obviously sitting upright like you would in a chair)?

YES IT HURTS REALLY BAD I RECOMMEND THE HOMEMEDICS MASSAGE CHAIR IS WAY BETTER THAN THE MAT IS LIKE 200 DOLLARS MORE IS A CHAIR ACTUALLY MUCH BETTER

i got one for christmas. i love it …and so do my kids. we fight over it. i haven’t had any problems so far. if only i could hook it up in the car for the trip home after work. now that would be heaven!!!
