Can i use a percussion massager to heal Tendenitis.?
Hi,,for over three months i’ve been having tendenitis or rotator cuff injury on my right shoulder, i just started receiving therapy,,,my question is..can i use a percussion massager that i have in my house to heal the pain?

It will probably help while you use it. I have to warn though, I have tendinitis a bit in my jaw and it hasn’t gone away in the years I’ve had it. Maybe if you managed to go a long time without using the joint…
