I like to use a percussion massager, but since I have to put a towel over me so it won’t catch on my skin and hurt me, I don’t like it too much. But I love the vibrations because they’re strong. I was wondering if someone can recommend one that really vibrates strong, one that’ll really make my teeth chip, lol. However, it can’t be too big or too thick, I just can’t take it big, hurts too much. Please give me links to pictures, websites and tell me why you recommend it and if you’ve tried it yourself. hmmmm you could borrow mine

I’ve been having a lot of pain lately in my lower left back, extending down into the buttocks. It’s probably an old injury, but I’m looking to possibly buy a massager. But will it help in healing? Should I get a percussion massager? Maybe handheld or a pad? I don’t have too big a budget. Thanks.

Pain in your lower back that extends down one leg/ or into your buttocks, could be a herniated disc.
I would go see a dr, and ask for a MRI test to make sure
