this one time i carried this heavy printer and felt somthing on my lower back(disk area),untill then i feel pain on both my legs in diffrent times(upper),i know it’s connected with my back,but i don’t feel pain on my lower back but when i take a massage i feel pain when the massager reach that place(lower back),so why does it hurts on my leg and what’s the solution for this,?? thanks

I would guess trapped nerve. Which side of you r upper leg is in pain e.g middle, side, front, back and is it a deep pain? All lower body nerves leave at the lower back so even a pain in your toe could be to do with a back nerve problem. I would assume its an obturator nerve prob

I joined my high school soccer team earlier this week and my legs hurt a lot and my right ankle feels sprained after soccer practise i could barely walk so plz yahoo help me?

Should i put my legs and feet on icee water or buy icy hot cream?

Also should i go to a foot massager so it could fix my ankle because when i run it feels worst?

Take motrin 400mg every 4 hours. Use a heating pad (or icy hot) on your ankle. You may need to take a break from soccor practice for a week to heel up. It may be as simple as a bruise or as bad as a sprain.

My boyfriend works in a job where he has to stand up throughout his shift and carry heavy plates, etc. He has noticed some spider veins forming on his feet and lower leg, with a few in his thighs (not as much as feet and lower legs though) but hasn’t complained about pain. I’m thinking of getting him a leg massager but am not sure what to get specifically. I’ve read that massages can help with spider veins and circulation. Does anyone know of any model that they have tried and loved? I am a bit on a budget and would like to stay in the low $100 range. ALSO, if anyone knows a website or place where I can get this stuff for cheaper prices I would love to know!

Please be careful with this, all vibrators come with a warning not to use on unexplained calf pain..you say he has no pain which is good, but if he is having trouble with veins, be careful, vibrators can make any clots that might be deep come loose and travel to lungs. I would spend the money for him to see a Dr. first.

But my recommendation would be a swedish type massager that straps to your hand and your hand becomes the vibrator, then you can give a vibrating massage:)

Thanks for helping me! I needed to know about that leg massage !

Seems to me that the leg that look like boots could be the best, but

also for the ankle ( not the long leg) would do good. If it is only the

ankle is ok the machine, but if your friend has problem all the way on

the lenght of the leg perhaps the boot would do.

I will try that one, the ankle one ( after I see the doctor next Thursday! )
