Hi there a couple of days a go i was using a prostate massager to have hands free multiple male orgasms and i was lying on my stomach, i was really enjoying it then i got too excited as things warmed up a bit more, then i started pushing the massager harder into my prostate because it gave a fuller feeling, and now a few days after i having some pain around the sides of my prostate.

Does this mean that i have done serious damage to my prostate? Could i have caused some bruising? Is it possible that i have created tiny cuts on the outside of my prostate? Will their be scarring when my prostate heals? I would like to continue using my massager so what are the chances i could have caused irreversible damage? I am really worried and scared now,
i know i over did things a little bit but i wasnt pushing too hard just a little i think so i hope the damage is not too bad. What can expect to happen now?

I had some pain and discomfort there from similar circumstances. Went completely away after about a week and there’s no permanent damage. I’d see the doctor if it’s really bad, or doesn’t go away soon.
