I bought a foot massager for my parents for xmas but they never really use it so I was thinking of getting a refund. I bought it online from John Lewis, but this is what the returns policy says:

"Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt."

Does this mean that I can’t return it anymore?

No chance – it’s a bit like underwear, would you be willing to pay the new price for an item that’s been tried on ? Apart from the distasteful aspect there’s a genuine hygiene concern.
You’re going to have to – sorry – foot the bill for this one.

I’m looking to buy a foot massager for my mother , she suffers with Arthritis and was thinking of this for a present. Theres so any out there at different prices – i am now bafffled of which one to buy.

Any Recommendations would be helpful.

why not treat her to a session with a reflexologist this is absolutely amazing and worth every penny.
It can also help alleviate pain and many other ailments, and at least it’s safe these people have had years of training.
