Me and my friend are having a sleep over and we want some really good facial masks and what not that we can make ourselves

Here’s one that isn’t so yuck, i’m sure that since you are with your friend you wouldn’t want to do the extremes such as putting egg, olive oil, or other random weirdness on your face..instead here is a simple sweet one which contains green tea.

Reasons it makes a good mask is:
"green tea increases elasticity and has been known to help reduce the size of fine lines and wrinkles, it is also known to soothe skin inflammation, making it an effective treatment to reduce redness and size of acne."

What you need:
3 teaspoons of green tea powder
2 tablespoons of 100% organic yogurt
3 table spoons of 100% organic honey
(you may add more or less depending on the amount you wish for)
Optional- one scoop of green tea leaves which can be used to exfoliate.

Mix these ingredients together and apply after cleansing your face. I would keep it on for 15-30 minutes however it doesn’t harm you to keep it on for longer. Once finished rinse, and you will feel the difference. Not only does green tea rejuvenate your skin cells but honey and yogurt are very active ingredients to softer skin so you will be left with a smooth, softer complexion.

I strongly suggest that you ask the experts, the doctor who gave you the shingles vaccine and the doctor who will do the facial laser treatments. Good luck, I hope it all turns out well for you.

is it bad to wash your face after a facial treatment? my derma wont allow me to because she told me that my face will swell up if i did.
