This weeks video is an experimental video. Trying to figure out the best way to make use of the widescreen format.

So we will revisit a typical Swedish Back massage sequence.
This sequence should take approximately 12-16 minutes.

There are several areas of the back that you should be concerned about. Be careful not to put any direct pressure on any bony areas of the back like the ribs or spinous processes of the vertebrae. Do Not do tapotement near the kidneys.
